Koi Fish scales missing and bleeding...?

I just bought a house, it has an outside pond with 3 koi fish. I bought a 4th koi about a month and a half ago. It was doing fine until today. It is hiding and not moving (except when I touch it, he'll swim away). It is missing scales all over and a main spot on the back that is also bleeding. I added some stress coat stuff to the water will that help? Also, will this effect the other 3 fish? (they seem to be doing fine) Is it contagious? Is there anything else I should do?
