I do Judo and one night when I was practicing, the person I was practicing with pulled me in to throw me and I accidently punched them in the back causing the index finger in my right hand to jolt back into its joint at the knuckle. This was quite painful. I don't think it is dislocated, it didn't hurt after and I could move it without pain the next day. Nowadays, I am able the click the knuckle on this finger and not on any other finger and I do this when it occasionally feels uncomfortable. Has anyone got a solution for me?
