Know Where to Find this Old Arcade Pop-Up Game?

I'm trying to find that game where the little things pop up (usually heads, I think!), and you try to hit them with a big, puffy hammer-looking thing, and see how fast you can do it. I'm really wanting to purchase one of those. Does anyone know what they're called, so I can even do an online search for them?
