Lately my eyes have been very red. I have eyelid dermatitis, which is scaly itchy redness on my eyelids, and I got rid of the itchiness and scaliness by using Vaseline (which my dermatologist recommended). But the rims of my eyes are still pretty red...I am having trouble getting rid of the redness on the inside of the bottom lid, and the outside of the top lid. Would eye drops work, or is there something better?
