know this is weird but what should I say?

K so my friend has to buy her own pads and tampons and pay for them she's 12 and dosent get allowance. Once she did not have money so she let it flow. How should she get her mom to buy them fir her? I don't want her to have to let it flow during schoo
 
if her mom still gets her period tell her to take her moms stuff

btw if she went to child services her mom would get in to trouble for doing that

it is abuse
