English? I am living in Germany right now and am learning a lot of different foods from my host mom. However, when I want to try to make this back at home, i do not know what to look for. For example, what cut of meat is Rinderrouladen made from? I cannot find it in dictionaries or translations sites. I know I must be able to find it in America, too, but where can I find out waht the name is? Or other cooking words in my cookbook cannot be found in a normal dictionary (like Dampfdrücktopf...I assume this is pressure cooker, but I cannot find it!). Any suggestions of where to find cooking terms translated between the 2 languages? Thanks!
