Know of any good exercise routines?

I'm a teen, about 5 feet and 90 pounds. I don't like, and I don't have time to, exercise for a set amount of time every day. I hate push-ups and sit-ups, all the "traditional stuff", so to speak. I enjoy horseback riding, swimming, dancing, in-line skating, and running with my black lab. I'd like something that focuses on flexibility and stamina sometimes. Any ideas or suggestions?
