know how to replace the window regulator and motor on a 2002 jeep grand cherokee?

so my back drivers side window is stuck down. i went to the dealer, they said it needs a new window regulator. but you hafta buy a new window motor as well cuz they are attached. i checked it out and its true. but i didnt wanna pay the labor at the dealership. so i bought the part, but now i need to put it in. and i dont see how. i took the door panel off. but i still dont see a way
