I don't like harry potter
I loved the twilight saga, house of night series and the noughts and crosses series.
i would like to read something a bit more light hearted =)

The 3 Musketeers, i just read it and i liked it but I am not a teenage girl, try judy blume if Dumas don't float your boat.

If you like light weight books you should read "then there were no one" (previusly called ten little ni***rs) by Agatha Christie. Its abot ten people whos stuck on a small island then one by one they get killed, by one of my favorite books.

If your in to Crime novels you should "The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo" (or "Men who hate woman") by stieg larsson, great swedish novel.

If your in to really deep stuff you should read the Russan Crime and Punishment (or Reaskolnikov). Its probobly one of the best, deepest and intresting book you'll ever read.

The Vampire Kisses series by Ellen Schreiber (sp?)

Better young adult books would be:
The Gemma Doyle Trilogy by Libba Bray (fantasy)
Any books by Meg Cabot (humor, romance)
Any books by Eva Ibbotson (historical romance)
Any books by Gail Carson Levine (fairy-tales retelling)

Try the 'Wolf Brother' series. I'm a teenager and I enjoyed it.
