I am trying to find a salsa recipe that will come out a similar thickness and flavour to Old El Paso or Discovery brands that would be found in supermarkets. I'll be using it in recipes, not with crisps so I'd like the 'saucy' consistancy. Also wondering if I made a big batch, could I freeze it?
