Ameture snowboarder here using a mt. bike for cardio excersize,..I took it out the other day for the first time and when i got back my right knee was in pain and it felt kindof wobbly when i was walking down the stairs..I wanted to know if the pain was from my joint or muscle.. Also should i wear a knee brace from now on? Im ninteen.. i would think that i wouldnt have to ..but i'de like to insight on this..
