I have hurt my knee before and have recently fell and hurt my knee in volleyball. I talked to my biology teacher who is also a EMT and he said I probably just bruised the bone. But my knee is still hurting after being a month out of volleyball. I get a popping feeling and a sharp pain every once in awhile, I am also in a gym class and it sometimes hurts to put pressure on it or run on it. Idk what to do. I don't want to go to the doctor if it's nothing to serious. Would it just be easier to tear my ACL so then my pain can all be healed? Or what? Help plz
