Just wondering if anyone else takes this medication on a daily basis? I have been taking .5mg of once a day since March of this year.

I didn't even know I was having anxiety issues. I didn't have the heart pounding, can't breathe sort of thing that I've heard others talk about. I just felt tingling in my hanRAB, arms and tightness in chest and a sense of impending doom. This came on in March just all of a sudden one weekend and I thought something was seriously wrong with my body. I had an MRI done just to rule out MS. Because I was also feeling sparks throughout my body for 2 days.

Doctor prescribes this medication for me and its been a "lifesaver" since - at least I think. Since I know I can depend on this once a day (or sometimes twice a day if I'm stressed) I feel relieved.

Just also wondering if I will be on this forever.

I also take the same med every day and as needed for a long time now. 45 year old male. Is there anything specific you wanted to know?

The only way to find out is to try and get off of the meRAB and see if your anxiety returns. Don't discontinue meRAB without your doctor's opinion. I hope I answered your question/statement.

P.S. I've been on a high dose for almost 2 years and Klonopin has helped my anxiety tremendously. I've tried to get off of it, but the anxiety returned. That doesn't mean the same thing will happen to you. I was just letting you know my experience with this medicine.

oh the anxiety will return no doubt. if i don't take it at usual time i notice it and lately i've noticed i have to now take it earlier in the day.

Have you tried doing other things that might be relaxing? For instance, I like to write, and my doctor told me to make a journal of what happened during the day. It helped me out a lot.
