ok this is the second time asking. im just adding some more tidbits here.
Our house cat only meets the 2 kittens when they are outside.
aggression is somewhat low with the kittens. Aggression is very low with Walnut for our guess is he just wants to play. these kittens were born september 8th this year and We had Walnut for a year and a month.
The Stray Momma cat Patches is protective of the kittens and sometimes runs Walnut off when he does certain things around her or the kittens. Walnut i think is 1.6 years old and is not the father of the kittens. My mom tried separating the kittens at 3 weeks old by having them hide underneath the kitchen sink. The cabinet holding the sink has a whole on the bottom so the kittens could get in and out freely. there were no chemicals under the sink with the kittens so no worries.
Next Morning my mom found Walnut playing with them and being friendly to each other.
We decided to take the kittens back to the garage to stay with Patches the mother kat so they don't stress out. We gave away one of the kittens 2 months ago so now we have 2 left.
Walnut is unspaid and has been about the kittens and Patches for 1.5 months outside the house.
And now, just a few hours ago patches wondered into our back yard and was instantly killed by one of my dogs. This happened "while" me and my dad where out shopping. When we came back i decided to go feed my dogs. 2 out of 3 came to me so i went to go check on one of them that i know has arthritis from old age. when i got around the house he came to me and my other dog Shyan went next to the fence and started barking at something. That's when i found Her.
She was unresponsive and i knew that she was dead do to her over dilated eyes and wet fur.
Now The kittens are orphaned and clueless of what happened.
now back to the last question i posted:
I left the garage door opened to let the kittens and Walnut meet each other in the house or garage.
one of the kittens were afraid of Walnut and was growling at him. Walnut popped the kitten and the kitten popped him back(this happened 3 times). The kitten went down stairs and was about to get popped again but i picked walnut up and took him out of the garage. Now everything is peace full with the kittens separated from walnut.
