Kings uni medicine help?

The only problem with my GCSE's is that I got a D in History and a C in English.

I am currently in year 12 and my predicted A levels are as follows (I don't know why some of them have added the A*'s yet):

Maths A*/A
Chemistry A*/A
Biology A
ICT A.

A* comes out next year anyway.

Anyway do you think I can get into Kings if I do achive those A* grades next year? or is my English GCSE is pulling me down?
 
Well i think its a slim chance sorry. Medecine is so competative at the moment and they have started to not even consider people less than 7 a*s at gcse :|
