Me and my boyfriend want to go to a theme park for halloween (probably on the 30th). We live in North Carolina and the closest parks are Kings Dominion and Busch Gardens. I've been to KD twice (not during the halloween season) and LOVE it but I haven't been to BG.
We're going over the pros and cons to each.
Which one is scarier?
I've read good reviews about both but BG seems to be more family friendly.
We won't have kids with us so it doesn't have to be kiddie friendly.
We're 17 and 20 so we want some blood bath level scares.
Oh and I'm curious, Is Flight Of Fear open during the haunt? I know they have the Alien Outpost haunted house but does the ride still go? Its one of my favorite coasters.
So any opinions? From what I can tell Busch Gardens has a lot of vampires and werewolves. Which are cool but not my speed. Although since I haven't been to either I don't know first hand.
The other thing is Kings Dominion is cheaper. If we get the tickets online for 4 PM to midnight we'll only pay $35 as opposed to straight $65 no matter what.
