Broadcast Order: Season 13, Episode 18
Production Order: Season 13, Episode 11

The season finale airs tonight at 8:30 PM Eastern. Here is the synopsis:

Near the end the guy says "Keep your stick on the ice," sort of a Red Green reference, eh? Red Green is one of the most popular shows from Canada(Corner Gas is another) and can be seen on PBS.

Didn't like Boomhaurer with a beard.

When did king of the hill go from subtly making fun of these characters to, I don't know, whatever grating, preachy, jingoistic, anti-comedy this was? If this is the end than good riddance.

One of the things I like about this show is how overly exaggerated and over-the-top some of their depictions of Texas is, and how shockingly accurate they can be. This felt like one of the more exaggerated episodes. Though, still pretty good.

Kahn felt a little out of character in this episode. I was expecting him to take more of a neutral stance instead of completely siding with Hank.

There was something incredibly ironic about Hank, a man who IS very respectful of his neighbors, having the cops called on him by someone even more conservative than he. That was the most interesting part of the episode, I felt. That, and the Canadian man going to jail and, because he's a foreigner, getting stricter penalties than Hank.

The ending left a bad taste in my mouth, though. Bill was right: He didn't even thank Hank for letting him out of jail. That's the least he could've done.

Well Hank was kind of responsible for him being in jail in the first place. I know I probably wouldn't thank Hank either. It was more or less a we're even situation.

I guess that is kind of true, why thank the guy that told you to rot in jail? I know I wouldn't. But then again, Hank really didn't have a reason to get him out until he saw the family suffering.

All I can say is, if that Canadian guy insulted propane more than beer or the lawnmower... well... I wouldn't want to think about it...

Oh geez, I wonder if this is gonna get a load of hatemail from angry Canadian viewers....

....just kidding, this one has "last season" written all over it, it might've a few years back, but I doubt it would today. And if any Canadian viewers write in hatemail: c'mon, chill oot! I'm Canadian and wasn't the least bit offended.

Neither did I, but go him for bringing back a French-Canadian woman.

Matt Hazuda's jokes aside, they're from Guelph, Ontario.

So apparently this is indeed the last hurrah for King of the Hill. It was a nice long ride and I'm glad to have been on it all the way from the very beginning to the end.

Hahah too bad I missed that scene.

Guelph...I think one of the participant to Canada's Worst Handyman 4 is from there... or was it from Worst Driver 4?
