New episode tonight at 8:30/7:30c! From the synopsis, it looks to be another "Peggy realtor" plot. Meh, I liked it better when she was a substitute teacher. Oh well, hopefully the episode's still good anyway.

Nancy: Ugly people sure do ruin a lot. I read a study that said newborns would rather be with an attractive stranger than their ugly parents.

Peggy: Well, obviously babies are smarter than everyone thinks they are.

I swear, when they just deadpan lines like this and play it totally straight, I laugh the hardest.

I admit it. I still love it when Hank still looks like 'the man' in the end.

Nice to see the inspector saw through. I think I'll always have a soft spot for "Ol' Hank".

Not a bad episode so much as a dull one. I think that scene where they fool the Inspector, especially when he knows that was staged, was the best part of the episode.

At least Luanne wasn't a moron, and Lucky wasn't in it at all.

I'd have to agree. I didn't get into this one much. I -did- like the whole "Bill turns on the ceiling light and the microwave turns on instead" bit and a few random lines here and there ("Dad, I don't want to be an actor anymore."- Hank smiles), but overall it was very average.

Eh, not my favorite. Peggy as a director should spill fear into us all, but I felt that we could of explored that part of the episode a bit better. I also anticipated the idea that someone would of been so impressed with the dress rehearsal that they'd make an offer on the house a mile away.

The plot wasn't so hot, but the dialogue was, as always.

"I won't say when, but I will say scorpions"= classic

I really feel that the writers should lay off with Peggy for a bit, since we never get too far away from convention with her. There's always a handful of other characters that could use some time in the light. Heck, next week's sounds like it's going to be a Dale and Joesph episode. Let's roll mmore with that and take a break with the Hills till the end of the season.

I have to ask, when are we getting more Family Guy and American Dad? It's getting on my nerves how long it's been since we've received a new episode of either show. Their seasons can't be over by now, can they?

Jeez I'm late on all of these threads...

Loved this episode. I really wish Fox would make more season sets because it's episodes like these that really make me want to save them (but of course no tivo). I liked the overall plot of this, and how there were a lot of different characters interacting with each other and letting the story just move like that. I especially liked the callback to the beginning of the episode with the inspector, because I wasn't sure they were going to go back and use him. Nice work.

This year, they're blaming the strike. Last year, they had a 5-week delay between "Meals on Wheels" and "Boys Do Cry", both terrible episodes.

I'm beginning to think Seth MacFarlane hates his fans.
