honestly ive learned that the CS reps and the in store sales associates dont really know anything at all...

this weekend i went to a tmo corp store to get a new sim card (mine was 4 years worn out). i was mentioning i was stoked about the curve and the @home... and the guy fully said "BB doesnt make phones with wifi"

"right" i said...

then he tried selling me a dash....

then when i was on the phone with CS about my trackball situation. i asked if he knew a date the curve would be available. and he said he tells me its an att only phone....

maybe they are told to "not know anything"?

so ya that just shows you how much they really know...

not all reps dont know anything keep in mind that the curve is not out and the reps are on commission. he knows just didnt want to tell. the info is on an intranet site. sept 24th is the release date and it will have uma access or HS@home.
