Kind of a hard and weird question. About Gossip Girl!?

I think this is the author of the gossip girl books Cecily von Ziegesar and u should be able to find the books on amazon.com
 
It's more about the books than about the show. But I was just wondering if anyone knew where I could find a list of the stores/brands referenced in Gossip Girl. I know the author is very good at describing all the clothing in the books, and she references many different designers and stores. So yea, if anyone could help me out that would be great!!
