how the fuck does this work!? sometimes i call her and she gets 3 stars taken off me, other times, i ask for help with 1 or 2 stars, and she can't do shit.

is there like a random pattern or what?
 
shit...i didn't call her for like for that for like a day or two, and bitch couldn't get rid of a 2star wanted level. few hours later in the game, i call her again and she gets rid of a 3 star wanted level. then i called her again for a 1star wanted lvl, and she called it off.

Those perks are bugged. Carmen will help you sometimes but then your health doesn't move. Other times she won't help.

The whole girlfriend/friend perk thing is fucking obnoxious and a chore. I wish once you got them to 100% you didn't have to maintain the relationship. The rewards in this game suck.
 
i usually just deal with them until they give me their bonus, after that, if they call to hang out i accept, then call them back right away and cancel and it doesnt drop your "like" level one bit. They prefer to be warned if you're not going to hang out with them.
 
I've been doing that too, but sometimes I get the thumbs down anyway. Both Packie and Dwayne slipped below to not helping me again so I had to hang with them. I just do food now since it's quick.
 
i just got that ability, is she anything like carmen? cus carmen is an annoying bitch and she always whines about me not taking her out enough and then not healing me especially when i actually need it
 
i have NEVER had the health thing work. i've tried probably 5 times, each time she said she'd help, and my health meter didn't move at all
