hello everyone,
i have been using Kiehl's Blue Herbal Moisturizer&Blue Astringent Herbal Lotion for a long time.
but there is one thing i always confused,that is my procedure is right.
i always use Blue Astringent Herbal Lotion first,and then Blue Herbal Moisturizer.
But lately,one of my friend told me that was wrong.
i would be very appreciate if someone could tell me the correct way.
