I'm gonna go see it on friday, I've got a free day to kill. I wish they'd not killed off Trife though at the end. They should of killed off the guy told Alisha to get an abortion.

Who else is going to see this next wekend?

Kidulthood was a good british film that i have watched quite a few times now and frm what i hve seen of the sequel, it looks better!

Sorry, i knew it was a 15 which i agree with.

I'd like to get the directors cut as the special feature is that W10 LDN BBC3 show with hald the Kidulthood cast in it:D

Watched it again last night, but this time I got to see the whole film; missed the first 30 minutes or so last time. What an incredibly good film, can't wait to see it again... I think I'll buy it on DVD!

Well, just about the directors cut, Amazon UK now say it takes 2 to 3 weeks for delivery, Woolworth's has 2 copies, one that is way cheaper than the other, but the cheaper one isn't out yet but the one that is out can be delivered pretty quickly. Play.com says it isn't out yet, but there's also a copy out of stock that is cheaper too, but it doesn't have any cover art. They also have the regular copy. I'm just confused as to why some have 2 and the different dates...

EDIT: Tesco also have two copies, but they're both out.

I hated Kidulthood, it was full of gratuitous sex and violence- how ridiculous was Jaime Winstone's character and her constant sleeping withe veryone and everything for drugs?
Most of the gang kiRAB were laughable.
They were all so chavvy and unlikable, even the depressed emo kid wore a trackie and the amount of burbury beRABpreaRAB was horrifying.
The gangsters seemed like comic characters and whenever they would gang up on some randomer and kick his head in it always made me laugh at how pantomime it was.
The plot was pretty crap too, none of it really linked with the other bits, most of the characters had no depth and the suicide girl's brother was forgotten for the best part of the film, as if we were meant to be surprised by his reappearance at the end.
The soundtrack hurt my ears :(

I think i may wait a while before going to see it at the cinema, it'll give all the little gangsta wannabes & chavs time to go and see it. I'd rather not be in the cinema with 15 year old shouting Braap Braap at the screen whilst doing "gun fingers"

Also, on Monday, it seems like they're releasing a directors cut on DVD too, over the only DVD we currently have which is just the movie as it is now...of course! :D
