This is all hypothetical trust me. Let's say you are 18 and your friend is 17. Now let's say you and that friend run away together, the parents obviously call the police and say they've run away. Now I know since you friend is a minor that you being 18 would get charged for kiddnapping, but if you both run away for say a month and in that time your 17 year old friend turns 18, can you still get charged for kidnapping even though they are an adult now?
