kid in class :0......................?

theres a kid in my class with problems. no one knoew what they are but the real quiestion is what to do if hes doing gross stuf. he picks his nose and he umm i cant say it online but puts his hand some were and hes gone into the girls bathroom twice. i know its discusing but when people say stop he says im not doing any thing.. the worse thing is when he walkes he toucjes all the desk and chairs hes always by me too. its just so gross
