alright a while ago i had got new subs and i went from svc to dvcs and forgot about how the dvcs would present a different ohm load ...well i didnt know at the time and hooked it up and after a while they didnt seem as loud..i did my research and found out i was killing my amp...set the amp in the closet sat for a year or so...now i got a 15" l7 and im using the amp again it seems to work fine but when i turn the cars power on the amp light is red for a second and then turns green and clicks...ive never noticed this before and i have had this amp hooked up multiple times... 1) my question is this my amp got really hot im hoping that the safety features prevented any damage or anything (as amp was hot enuff to fry bacon) 2) would is this noise that clicks wen the amp first gets power? did it always do this?
