Kicker zx300.1 or Rockford Fosgate Punch 300-1?

I need to get an amp to power my two kicker comp 12's. They're in a sealed box and 4 ohms each, so 2 ohms final impedance.
I've been looking for an amp that has 300 watts RMS @ 2 ohms and I've narrowed it down to two amps:

Kicker zx300.1 for $150

or

Rockford Fosgate Punch 300-1 for $130 (it says $150, but they'll give it to me for $130)

Both have 300w RMS @ 2 ohms, and both exceed the RMS rating by 60-100+ watts.

I'm leaning towards the zx300.1 simply because it was designed to power two 12 inch kicker comps, which is exactly what I have. I feel that they'd be more compatible. I also like the kicker amp because it was made in 2010, as opposed to the RF amp made in early 2009.

The RF amp has some benefits too such as being $20 cheaper. Plus, a lot of people recommend RF amps for their reliability and power.

Which should I go with? If the Kicker amp was $130 as well, I'd get it, but the price difference is making it hard to decide. Is one amp particularly better than the other? Which one should I go with?
