I have two solo baric L7 15's, the 2 ohm version, in a sealed box. I have upgraded the big three and have an ohio generator alternator. I currently have the audiobahn hct 2300 2 channel amp pushing the 15s. The amp is an extreme power hog and it has always gave me problems ((mainly powering it)). I have been thinking about purchasing the kicker zx 2500.1 to replace my audiobahn. Would the zx2500.1 amp increase the performance of my subs? Will it bump louder?
I used to have a MA Audio HK 4400 2 channel amp pushing these 15s, and it was incredible. The audiobahn maybe beats half as hard. I have the setup in an '05 grand marquis.

the current box i have is a sealed box, and it has some air leaks. I plan on replacing the box as well. Would you recommend going with a sealed box or a ported box?
I also have some generic 4 farad cap, that I do not believe even has a brand name. I was looking at other caps and found the 10 farrad rockford fosgate hybrid digital cap. Would this be a good upgrade?
