Kicker subs and amp help?

So I have 2 Boston Acoustic G5 12's and 2 12 GTRs in my car off and Orion 1500 watt monoblock amp.

They sound really clean but aren't loud enough for my liking.
I was thinking about going over to kicker l7s eventually.

I have 1500RMS x 1 ohm. I was thinking I want 2 15 l7s but I'd need 2000. Do you think I could sneak away or should I go with 2 12 l7s just to match the RMS.

Also I will be going with a sealed box with the l7s. How do they sound with rock music. I listen to a lot of rap, but I listen to a lot of rock as well.

the L7's dont cover alot of frequencies needed for rock since they only go to about 100-120hz. I recommend pairing them up with some audiobahn 10's or 12's. I know it sounds wierd but it really enhances the music quality cause you can get the 200-500hz range as well.
