I'm looking to buy a 15 inch kicker l7 rated at 1000 watts RMS. But I wont be able to afford the amp to go with it right away so if I hook it up to a jensen amp rated at 600 watts is it gonna damage the sub? Cause I'd really rather not break it before I get the amp. Also Idk how big of amp to get.. kicker zx1000.1? Or 1500.1, 2000.1, 2500.1? I just don't know what a sub can handle.. Obviously the 1000 is enough but I'd rather get as big as possible. Also if i hook up one of the amps to one 15 and another amp to another 15 (whichever amp is the best for the kickers) will I need battery or alternator upgrades?
