kicker help fast please about kicker box that i have or a new pro bass box?

okay i am stuck between keeping my kicker box or getting a bass pro box ported and the prob is that my subs sound like they are not hitting like they should i have good amp on them and they are 2ohm wired at the termnial cup says four ohms ok but thats is besides the point kicker dealer wear i live set all this up in one package deal (2 12 in kicker L5) so should i get the pro box or keep my kicker box that they sent me? will the pro box be good? will it help my situation the port on the kicker box is on the side and the pro box it is on the front and i have all ways had them on the front never on the side.... or should i just put pollyfill in the kicker box will that help please help fast
