I have 4 kicker cvr 400rms 4ohm ...And a hifonics 1600 rms amp 2010 model..
Now I had this set up before.. But the kickers were 2ohm.. And with a 1600 hifonics amp..
This one i have not pounds for about 30-40 min str8 and then gets wayy too hot and goes off.. I never had that before with this amp and subs...Thinkin maybe i need a 2000 watt amp.. Is it the amp , Is it cuz there 4ohm? and whats the diff between 2 and 4ohm? Is my amp good with them?
Also.. Not sure , I have a amp on my indoor speakers.. I fixed the ground and it was pretty quiet.. Nice a smooth.. Then all of the sudden it gotten loud making noises of the car and windows.. Is it the rca cables or shitty amp? Let me know please and ty
