Good luck with complaining, we went to a drive through a few weeks ago took our food home and the order was all wrong and some of the chicken not even cooked properly, when we phoned the complaints number they said they would look into it and get back to us, we at least expected a refund and all we got was a letter saying, oh sorry about that! I will never go back, they are S**T!
