My wifes sony is on its last legs the buttons are failing so she is useing one of my phones, anyway she wants her contacts off the phone but when she switched it off to take out the sim to put in the other phone and then replaced she had her phone lock prompt come up i went to put it in to findout that the number 0 key isnt working meaning i cant swap the contacts for her..
Im sure that you can understand my frustration lol so any advice on getting the key to work or getting around her phone lock would be appreciated. If not well im guessing that she will have to send it to be sorted
