Key stuck in 1999 Honda Civic, Manual Trans?

My key is stuck in the ignition of my car. The car will still start, and can be put into accessory mode, but when I try to turn it any further back, it stops. I feel resistance when turning the ignition off even. Now its stuck and won't budge back any further.

I have found many answers for automatics, but none for a manual. Can anyone help?
