Ash: I just looked this up and I'm wondering if you have this or someone you know has it? I don't know alot about it but it could be related to diabetes and also could be caused from starvation or anorexia. Ketones show up in the blood and urine when the body is using fat for fuel instead of carbs. This is what happens to diabetics that don't have their sugars under control. It's also serious if you have ketones in your urine if you're pregnant. You need to give more information to get some better answers. Have you researched it on your own on the web? I'll try to help if I can but give more information.
