Hi guys, I would appreciate some legal advice:
I bough an used car at Kendall Toyota in Miami after being sworn that the car was never in an accident, I was naive and believed their word.
Last week I went to Sears to try to align my wheels and I they don't get alignment because may chassis is bent. After researching I discovered that my car suffered an accident of large proportion about 3 years ago. I went back to the dealer asking to have my car fixed and I was denied help. I feel cheated, I know I was naive because I didn't check the Carfax Report but I would never expect something like that from a dealer who works under a brand name like Toyota.
I've been writing reviews about this dealer all over in the internet and I am thinking about create a song/video with a friend of mine to post in Youtube and tell my story. My question is simple:
Is possible I have any legal complication doing that even if I explain in my music exactly what happened?
