I've been trying kegel exercises...I had a terrible delivery when I had my son. I was stretched & torn so far outta place. I got stiches where I had torn. When I first had sex everything felt tight. Now...8 months later everything feels so loose..my vagina makes farting noises during sex. I can't squeeze his penis with my vag anymore. And even when I'm just walking I can feel air bubbles coming out but it doesn't make the fart noises when I walk. Even my partner said I've gotten loose. I've tried kegels but I don't think I'm doing it right or maybe my muscles tore to bad during delivery or something because when I put my finger down there I can barely hug my finger with my vag idk what it is because I've always been tight and able to grip before having my son. Is there any other way to tighten up ..maybe a stronger way. (Not surgery though) any advice will help
