Okay since I was little i've always heard my parents having sex this is how it ALL started
When i was little my brother heard my mom making weird noises in her bedroom i go up there (i was 8) and hear my mom going 'ohh yess ohhyes'. That really traumatized me. 2 years ago in Lake George, i walked in on them. I cried and ran away from them crying my eyes out and screaming like I was being murdered. My mom promised to never have sex when I'm in the house again, but of course she broke it. On christmas eve i heard them again, i had to go get something in there and i heard my mom and dad moaning a lot, i was really disturbed. It's like everytime i hear them it's just another scar added on to my childhood. I am 13 now. And i know im not the only one my friends mom is the same way she isn't as scarred as I am though. Everytime I think about it I get this surge of hate and i just want to punch my fist through a wall. What can I do to get over this? btw .. confronting them is NOT an option . thanks [=
