I rode my vulcan about 50 miles or so and when coming to a stop my bike started dying on me in first gear, it seemed like it was idling really low. I turned it off and when I came back out my bike would not start. I noticed there was a little hose dripping fuel from the bottom, my friend said it is there just in case of an overflow of too much fuel. I also removed my air intake, and the air filter was completely soaked in gas. After taking this off my bike started just fine. What caused all this overflow of fuel? I filled it up that same day at the gas station, but it was not to the very top of the tank. What could this be. By the way my bike started just fine today this morning. I have no idea what it could have been.
