kawasaki.. vulcan 800 '2005' model, some info please?

i am looking at buying this bike ,it is the last of the carbureted models , they changed to fuel injection in 2006. it has 9,000 ks up and is $ 7,500.00. are there any specific problems to learn about for this bike

its a great bike, its a single carb, chain drive, same power as the 1100 Honda and Yamaha, everybody else is complaining about the 900 Vulcan that replaced it saying its not as powerful as the 800 Vulcan .
But the price tag is too high at $7500, I would say that bike should be no more than $5000, ( a new Kawasaki Vulcan Classic in 05 was $6599 )
