Kawasaki vulcan 750 Front brake problem?

I am having some issues with my vulcans front brakes. in order to get them to work I have to pump them 3-5 times or they wont grab and I have to repeat this every-time. I also noticed that only one of the calipers is closing (left as your on the bike) so I swapped it out with the one on my parts bike and it does the same-thing.

I am about to go nuts trying to figure this one out.
 
there is a blockage in the brake line or air has gotten in from a possible leak, and or the master cylinder is bad, this is a problem you need to get a repair manual for that bike or take it too the shop before you lose the entire front brake
