kawasaki starts but cant' hold iddle.?

kawasaki ninja 250 1999, starts but cant hold iddle. Also there is fuel driping from the carburator, it looks like it only comes from one chamber ( facing towards the engine). just did a carburator cleaning and cleaned the tank, I guessing the pilot jet to be the culprit. any body with same experience and lived to tell. thank you.
replaced main jets with stock ones.
