kawasaki ninja zx750L First bike fuel questions wont start just replaced fuel filter...

...not getting any gas !!? Just got bike from family member tried starting and notice gas was leaking from bike noticed fuel filter had a crack in it so i replaced but now no gas getting to fuel filter and i have filter on right direction when filter off it should leak right just wondering if i have some sort of gas plug or something going to get repair manuel on next check man there expensive plus going to get bike jetted and a tune up any one in denver co know of a cheap place to do that thanks
