Now which one whould be the best beginner bike for someone who plans on traveling on the highway alot for long periods of time such as going to dearborn,MI from toronto,ON. also weighs in the 210 lb range and is 5'6"(well a bit more).so comfort and handling are things that are most important.if you can give me the pros and cons for each of the bikes i have listed it would be great.dont be afraid to make it long i will read it as long as it is imformative.(if you can put the bikes in best for me to least best for me 1 being best and 3 being not best.thank you and please dont make any rude comments.also i wanted to know if the 250r has a hard time on the highway for long periods of time, will it overheat? that is my one concern with the 250r as it is the one i would really like to start with but if it has a hard time traveling at 100 km/h for long periods . i atually dont really care about comfort as much as i do handling.im also probably too heavy for it.which would put alot of pressure on it.no?i also dont live in a pile of cash so maintainance prices and bike prices need to be listed for me. i plan on getting a bike in a year but im saving from now thats why i needed to know some stuff.give as much as you can about each bike.NO RUDE COMMENTS OR ANSWERS!!thank you.sorry for the long question.

250 is lighter, and isn't toooo powerful, but gets going pretty quick.. 500 is more powerful and can go just about anywhere and keep up with traffic etc..

here's the thing though. if you buy a 250, after a few months you'll really want something bigger...

if you get a 500, you'll probably be scared of it at first, but you'll probably be fine with the power indefinitely, unless you're one of those assholes who wants to go 180 down the freeway on 1 wheel because you "think it's cool" then.... you'll out grow a 500 pretty quickly too..

but... for a responsible driver, a 500 is more than enough power for most anything. beginner to experienced.
