J Jonathan New member May 20, 2010 #1 I was thinking about buying this bike, im 16 ive had my regular car license, for about a month now, i live in MA. Are these bikes expensive? to have and to maintain? and if i get motorcycle permit, can i drive it around? or do i need a license?
