Kawasaki ninja 250?

ok i have a ninja 250 if i take the spark plugs out and turn the motor over one of the spark plugs sparks all the time but the other plug will spark for a sec then it will stop and then it will spark again for a sec and i checked the spark plugs and they are good so what is the deal i really need help on this one

You may have a bad coil...Take it tobe tested at Kawasaki or replace the coil.
