I purchased a 2006 Ninja 250 a few months ago. It had about 4000 miles on it and ran very smooth.
I have had many motorcycles over the years from 550cc to 1000cc so I'm not a rookie. Needed this bike to commute to town for work as it gets great gas mileage. I rode it to work 5 days a week about 25 miles a day total and put about 1000 miles on it. It was extremely hot every day on the way home. Over 100 degrees F and my bike temperature gauge went high but not into the RED zone. A couple of times when I got home the fan would run for about 30 seconds after I shut the engine off. Well after the first month of riding it the engine seems to gerrgle when I would give it gas, kind of like when you gargle with mouthwash. Now it is a little cooler and it still does it Like maybe it's clogged up or something. What would it be?
