How it was used is not always apparent. Plus it has NO warranty!
The Kawi Ninja 250 is a great little bike, but it's usually a 'starter' bike, one for the beginners.
Since everyone was a beginner once in their life, how it was treated can give you your answer.
If owned by a moron-clown expect a piece of crap and if by a beginner with a few more wits about them, your choice!
Added; Sean (below) mentions The Blast, make that one last on your list : poor power for a 500cc bike and is not very good on the maneuvering end of riding.
