Kawasaki KMX 125 (2001)?

Hello, I've Just got a Kawasaki KMX 125 (B11) its great but feeling really rough when the KIPS System kicks in at 6500rpm! its coughing & spluttering really bad & loses nearly all power?. Have cleaned the carb, replaced exhaust gasket (wasn't sealed), new plug and re-tuned. Still nothing. Can any1 Help????.........Thanks Ryan.
 
that's really wierd, the only thing i could think of is to check your fuel lines and stuff, like it's not getting gas when it's cranking that fast. call a bike shop or something if the fuel lines are good.
